Vibrating Tables
A Vibrating table is an equipment designed to enhance the quality and strength of concrete pavers, tiles, and other precast concrete products. Its function is to compact the concrete mix and eliminate trapped air bubbles, which can cause defects and weak spots in the final product.
The table consists of a sturdy steel platform mounted on springs or other shock-absorbing mechanisms. An industrial-grade vibrating motor, typically mounted underneath the table, generates high-frequency vibrations. When a mold filled with a fresh concrete mix is placed on the table, the vibrations cause the concrete particles to settle and consolidate, forcing any air bubbles to rise to the surface and escape.
